Working at AFDE
The construction of Site C dam’s Generating Station and Spillways (GSS) will create up to 1,600 jobs at the peak of construction. The large majority of jobs will be labour and trade positions. A variety of staff position will also be available during the life of the project.
AFDE will be mobilizing to site throughout 2018 and expects to begin hiring the majority of required workers in spring of 2019, with labour requirements peaking in 2020 and 2021.

Work Rotations and Accommodations
AFDE is committed to providing opportunities for local residents of the Peace region and BC. For employees working on a fly-in/fly-out basis, the following benefits will be provided:
