AFDE Shop provides Halfway River First Nation elders with raised garden beds

Thanks to the AFDE Fab Shop, many of the Halfway River First Nation’s Elders will be keeping themselves busy this summer tending their vegetable and/or flower gardens.

A special “Thank you” to Carpenter Don Hall (right) for designing, building and delivering these Ergonomic Raised Garden Beds; and to the Shop Supervisors Wade Bowerman and Rob Skublen for their input and for making sure Don had what he needed to get the job done.
